Victor was a resident of Los Angeles, California, and the main antagonist of Season 1 in Bizaardvark.
He was portrayed by Calum Worthy.
Personality[]
Victor is generally uncaring to everyone except Teddy. His main goal is to be the top comedy channel on Vuuugle, by any means. He claims to be lonely. He genuinely thinks his pranks are funny, when they're just mean. He does pranks because he's insecure and wants to hurt people before they can hurt him.

Teddy is Victor's unreliable assistant and general yes man. He spends most of his time following Victor and paying attention to his smart phone. He half-heartedly butters him up while he makes grandiose speeches about his evil schemes and other subjects.
